Personal data that we process

Littles’ Dreamland Photography processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First name and last name
  • Address information
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Instagram Tag

Depending on the type of photo shoot, we collect the following personal data in some cases;

  • Due date / Date of birth
  • Gender of the baby and/or any brothers/sisters
  • Health of mother and child
  • Name of partner
  • Name and age of children
  • Food allergies

On our website and social media accounts, we use a portfolio to show our work. Littles’ Dreamland Photography processes your photos and name if you have given permission for this when entering into the agreement. These photos are kept in our archive for 7 years, unless you request their removal via lilsdreamland@gmail.com. We process your social media accounts, photo and the content of your message to be able to show reviews/testimonials about our services and use them for commercial reasons on our website or social media accounts.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 or not. Littles’ Dreamland Photography therefore recommends parents/guardians to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us at lilsdreamland@gmail.com and we will delete this information.

This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization which you mention. If you wish to access, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request withdrawal of your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, you can send a request to lilsdreamland @gmail.com. To make sure that this request is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your valid ID with your request. To protect your privacy, black out all the following items on this copy; your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). Littles’ Dreamland Photography will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks. Littles’ Dreamland Photography would also like to mention that you have the option to file a complaint with the the Dutch Data Protection Authority – national supervisory authority. Littles’ Dreamland Photography is aware that the protection of your data is serious and important. We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
